What is the minimal duration stay?
We emphasize on the well-being the fitness and the health. With our thalassotherapy centre, our nutritional and dietetic personalized programs, our physic and relaxation activities, a short stay would have few effects on your body or your mental. This is why, to get the best from your coming to Montana Verde, our stays are for minimum three months.

Can I move in definitively?
Yes. We can receive you definitively, and take care of all the administrative formalities for you. Moving, residence change, residence permit, we’ll take care of all the administrative problems for you.

How does it work for my pension or the social security?
You will carry on collecting your pension as usual. If your mutual insurance company doesn’t offer it, we have at your disposal, an insurance package which covers all your health expenses, without you having to contact the social security. It also covers hospitalization, surgery, repatriation, as well as your properties in the village.

May I receive my children or grand children?
We encourage the families to come and spend holidays by your side. In the sun, without stress or worry, it is the opportunity to live very intense moments. Beyond the hotels in the zone, we also have some villas reserved for receiving your relatives.

Isn’t it too far away?
The new technologies allow you to live in Montana Verde as if you were in France. Internet permits you to see and talk to your relatives at no cost. Our infrastructures draw people together. The grand children will be eager to go and see their grand parents for unforgettable holidays The plane ticket prices between Dominican Republic and France are so attractive, that a little nap and here you are close to your relatives...or here there are by your side.

How will I live without seeing Patrick Poivre d’Arvor?
Television, radio, telephone, internet change the problem. You won t be able to think anymore of seeing a French team football or rugby match anywhere else than at the Sport bar, on a giant screen, with your friends, enjoying a free beer…

Will I tolerate the removal from my usual surroundings?
Happy people don’t need to hurry says a Chinese proverb. A mild climate, a warm population, a reassuring surrounding, «all inclusive, at will », and a personnel taking care of you, will allow you to live according to your own rhythm. Do I have to eat at the restaurant everyday?
Montana Verde will never deprive you of your cooking pleasure. Our kitchens provide for a space allowing you to simmer your favorite recipes with professional equipments. Local cooking classes will be available so that you may discover new flavors. You will then be able to enjoy your meal in your villa, and won’t have the preoccupation to wash up. And who knows, you might be the cordon bleu who will teach a new course to our cooks and will delight the other residents?
