Village Montana Verde conception has been given to the American Cabinet Predock Architect.

Antoine Predock has received this year the Gold medal of the American Institute of Architects, one of the most important distinctions, allowing him to reach the same rank as Grimshaw, Nouvelle, Le Corbusier, Frank lloyd Wright, Louis Khan, or I.M. Pei.
