The Dominican Republic became these last years one of the principal tourist's destinations of the Caribbean.

Equipped with a modern infrastructure, it offers wonderfull landscapes where the sea and the mountain are omnipresent. Its paradisiac climate supports the development of an exuberant nature.

Its population, accessible and generous, can share with the visitors culture and history, and offers them the sunny smile which will make their stay unforgettable.

Our village is located in Rio San Juan, on the Costa Verde of the Dominican Republic. In front of the Atlantic Ocean, it is close to the large towns of Santiago, Nagua and Puerto Plata. Protected by a natural mountainous barrier, it is one of the least exposed areas of the island.

Three international airports range between 35 and 75 minutes of the village, placing you at one hour and half of Miami. The proximity of the United States and the existing international partnerships support its development, and make the tourists requirements like goods and services fulfilled.

At an altitude of 150 meters, it makes it possible to benefit at the same time from a refreshing marine breeze, and an exceptional sight on the ocean.

In a radius of 5 kilometers, you will find at the same time the small fishermen' town of Rio San Juan, the sumptuous beaches Playa Caleton and Playa Grande, the international Golf Playa Grande drawn by Robert the Trent Jones, and the mounts of Campo, with his ranches, his clubs horse, and his marvellous ballades in nature.

On more than 17 hectares, our site presents a natural declination allowing each villa to have a sight on the ocean, and offers a true panel of botanical diversities of the area.
